Babies Can’t Wait is offering contracted, self-employed work for:
- Occupational Therapist
- Physical Therapist
- Speech Therapist
Our team provides a wide range of services for children aged 0 – 3 years old who have a diagnosed developmental delay or a mental or physical condition which is known to result in a developmental delay. We help families become successful advocates for their children by providing them with the tools and knowledge they need.

Job Requirements
- You must have a current Georgia drivers/therapists license
- You must be an enrolled provider with Georgia Medicaid and enrolled with one of Georgia Medicaid’s Care Management Organizations (CMOs)
- You must have at least two years of professional experience working with children
- You must be able to travel within Baldwin, Crawford, Hancock, Houston, Jasper, Jones, Macon-Bibb, Monroe, Peach, Putnam, Twiggs, Washington and/or Wilkinson counties
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for Occupational and/or Physical Therapist roles are outlined entirely in the employment contract, which will be provided to qualified applicants. Position responsibilities include all those duties typically associated with an occupational/physical therapists’ role, as well as:
- Provide support in-home in the child’s natural environment
- Attend centralized monthly team meetings (reimbursement provided)
- Enter documentation in BIBS data system
