North Central Health District expanding COVID-19 Testing Hours

Each Testing Location Adding Additional Day for Appointments

Following the recent holidays, North Central Health District (NCHD), in partnership with MAKO Medical, have expanded opportunities for COVID-19 PCR testing at the four testing sites within the public health district. The four sites will set appointments according to the following schedule:

Registration is required to receive free COVID-19 testing at each of these locations. Visit mako.exchange/splash/GAmakotesting/ to schedule a testing appointment through MAKO Medical. On this page, you can choose your preferred testing location and register for any of the available days.

In addition to continuing to provide PCR testing by appointment at the above locations, NCHD offers free at-home COVID-19 rapid test kits at all 13 county health departments. Anyone can visit any NCHD county health department and request up to four kits (each box contains two tests). Find your nearest health department at NCHD52.org/locations. These tests are for personal use and are not considered confirmed cases if an individual tests positive. NCHD encourages anyone that tests positive using an at-home test to get confirmatory PCR testing.
