NCHD invites all of our community partners across the district to join us for our annual CHIP meeting. We would like input from partners from all 13 counties that make up NCHD. During the meeting, we will review the CHIP, identify needed revisions to the plan and discuss the work being done to reach the CHIP goals and objectives.

This meeting is free and open to all organizations (public, private, faith-based, volunteer, etc.) within NCHD’s 13 counties.
