The HOPE Center is a comprehensive, Ryan White-supported health clinic for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. We are dedicated to meet your medical needs and assist you in managing your well-being. The HOPE Center is a service of North Central Health District, covering its 13-county jurisdiction. We are located at:

Clinic Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Lab Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

In the event of a medical emergency or after-hours dental emergency, please call 911 or proceed to Navicent Health Emergency Room, (478) 633-1000.

Medical Services

HOPE Center staff includes licensed medical doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners and dietitians who provide comprehensive medical care through:

  • Medical assessments
  • HIV/AIDS specialty care and treatment
  • On-site lab service
  • On-site medication pickup
  • Wellness visits
  • Nutritional assessments and counseling
Social Services

Our case manages and licensed social workers will make sure you have access to medical care, even if you don’t have insurance or funds to pay. We can help with:

  • Case management
  • Mental health conseling
  • Financial assistance
  • Annual assessments
  • Support groups
  • Peer advocates
Referral Services

We provide referrals to multiple community services, including dental, housing and mental health. Even though referral services are often provided outside of HOPE Center’s clinic, we can help you schedule an appointment, and we may even help with transportation to these services.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation to medical, dental and mental health appointments. Call for scheduling and availability.

Pharmacy Insurance Assistance Program

340B Pharmacy Program
We contract with Currant Health to provide pharmacy services for direct home delivery or pick-up on site at the clinic. If you qualify, 100% of your medication co-pays will be covered by us.

AIDS Drug Assistance Program
ADAP covers the cost of medication and treatment services for those who meet income guidelines and don’t have insurance coverage.

HealthCare Insurance Premium
HCIP assists enrollees in paying monthly premiums and maintaining their insurance. You may qualify for HCIP if you meet income guidelines and have health insurance.
