Twiggs County Health Department is proud to host a Community Health & Resource Fair!The health department will be offering a variety of free services: flu shots, adult vaccines for eligible adults, blood pressure checks, BMI screenings, STD and HIV testing, breast exams and mammogram referrals.

We’ll be joined by several community partners:

• Twiggs County Public Schools
• OK Transportation
• Middle GA Community Action Agency
• Insure Georgia
• InTune Light Program

Come to the Twiggs County Health Department at 26 Main Street, Jeffersonville, on April 19 from 1-6 p.m. to join us at the fair!
