Baldwin County Health Department’s Environmental Health Program seeks public comment regarding implementation of a requirement for a Level 3 Soil Report to be submitted for all new septic permits. In the event of a change or cancellation, notice will be published at the earliest practical time on the North Central Health District website at NCHD52.org.
