Baldwin County Health Department will host a public comment meeting July 9 at 5 p.m.

Baldwin County Health Department’s Environmental Health Program seeks public comment regarding fee increases for services. At its regular meeting on June 13, the Baldwin County Board of Health approved of increasing fees associated with environmental health services covering food service establishments, tourist accommodations, pools and on-site sewage. Fee changes include the following:

| Food Service Annual Fee | $150 | Up to 50 seats: $150 51 to 100 seats: $200 101 or more seats: $250 |
| On-Site Sewage Residential Site Evaluation | $150 | $200 |
| On-Site Sewage Residential Repair Evaluation | $50 | $200 |
| On-Site Sewage System Addition/Modification | $50 | $200 |
| On-Site Sewage Plan Review – Additional Cost per Lot | N/A | $10 |
| Tourist Accommodations Annual Fee | $150 | Up to 50 rooms: $150 51 or more rooms: $200 |
| Public Swimming Pool & Spa Annual Fee | $125 | $175 |
