To be eligible for the gift card, you must be be a resident of, or employed in, any of NCHD’s 13 counties receiving a first or second dose. You must show proof of residency or employment within the district to qualify for the gift card. You can receive a booster dose at the event, but you will not receive a gift card. Anyone below age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive vaccination.
