The Houston County School System and the Houston Interagency Council are holding an annual Transition Fair for students with disabilities, parents, and teachers. The purpose of the Transition Fair is to T–Train– I–Inform– E–Empower parents, teachers, and students of organizations, resources, and services that are available in the community. In efforts in accomplishing this goal, I am collaborating with other stakeholders in the community to network with educators, parents, and students.
