*Flu shots are given every day from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No appointment necessary.

*Pertussis (whooping cough) is most severe for babies, who often catch the illness from a family member or other caregiver whose immunity has lessened so that they have become carriers. All caregivers of infants should get a whooping cough booster, called TDaP. It’s especially important for those in close contact with babies younger than 12 months. Service Fees & Insurance:
Small fees are charged for some services such as: immunizations, water sampling and septic tank inspections and permits.

Some services are charged on a sliding scale determined by client income. Medicaid/Medicare are billed for participating clients with presentation of card at the time of visit.

No one is denied service because of inability to pay or lack of insurance.
